At EGI Trading, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a straightforward and hassle-free returns and refund policy. Please read the following information to understand our policy:

Returns:

If you have a problem with any product we deliver to you, please send us an email at info@egitrading.com with all the details of your issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible and will work to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for a refund, please follow the below process:

  • Email us at info@egitrading.com within seven (7) days of receiving the product with all the details of your issue.

  • Our customer service team will review your request and will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within five (5) business days.

Please note that the refund will be credited to your original payment method. We will not provide a refund for any products that are returned after seven (7) days of receiving the product.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it to us and place a new order for the product you wish to purchase.
