Feeding electrolytes daily will help maintain optimal fluid and electrolyte balance during training and your horse will be well prepared for competition. It is important to feed electrolytes daily during training and not only on competition days otherwise your horse will build up an electrolyte deficit which cannot be compensated for in the days before a competition.
